This article focuses on the Project folder screen navigation and editing features. To learn more about CourseFlow’s global features, see Understanding CourseFlow Navigation.

1. Action bar:

  • Pencil icon: opens the “Edit Project” pop-up, which enables you to edit the project title, description and disciplines.
  • Plus (+) icon: triggers a dropdown menu with options to add an Activity, a Course or a Program to the project.
  • Person icon: opens the “Share Project'' pop up. This feature allows you to share a Project with specific CourseFlow users or publish a Project to the public CourseFlow database. For more information, see Why Make a Course Workflow Visible?
  • More icon (...): triggers a dropdown menu containing the following options:
    • Create classroom: to learn more, see What is a Live Classroom
    • Archive Project: to remove a Project from “Your Library” section (this action does not delete the Project permanently)
    • Export
    • Copy to my library: to copy/duplicate a Project
    • Workflow comparison tool: to compare workflows within the same Project

2. Project Overview: this section displays information about your Project, including the title, the description, the disciplines and permissions.

  • To edit the title description and disciplines, click on the Pencil icon described above
  • To edit permissions, click on the “Modify” link

3. Searching, filtering and sorting:

  • The search field enables you to search the Project folder. This can be helpful if you have a multitude of workflows within a folder.
  • You can filter workflows within your Projects based on the following criteria:
    • Owned: displays workflows created or imported by you
    • Shared: displays workflows that have been shared with you by other CourseFlow users
    • My Favorites: displays workflows you have favorited. See Adding Projects and workflows to your Favourites.
    • Archived: displays archived workflows from the currently viewed Project
  • You can sort workflows within your Projects based on the following criteria:
    • A-Z (alphabetically)
    • Creation date
    • Type (Activity, Course, or Program workflows)
