CourseFlow provides multiple ways to make your Activity workflow visible to others. This visibility will enable you to collaborate with colleagues and share your Activity workflow with students.
- Sharing: with this feature you can share access to your Activity with specific users who have a CourseFlow account.
- Create a Public Page: this will make a publicly accessible link to your workflow, which can be accessed even by those without a CourseFlow account. Those without an account, will be able to view, but not edit your workflow.
- Export Activity Content: this feature allows you to export specific content (Outcomes or Nodes) either to share with colleagues or for your records in CSV or Excel format.
