Creating a Template

Prior to being inserted into another workflow, a template exists as a single-section workflow. The nodes within this section can be created and edited as normal, and will appear whenever the template is used. To create a template:

  1. Click "My Templates" from the main navigation. 
  2. Click "+Add New" to create your new template. Please note that the template will only have a single section, and more cannot be add
  3. Add nodes to the section as normal, keeping in mind that leaving the titles and descriptions as general as possible will allow you to reuse the template more easily.

Alternatively, you can convert an existing section of a regular workflow into a template by clicking "Save as Template" in the "Edit Section" panel.


Note:

  • The description is for the purposes of the template only, it does not appear when the template is used
  • The title of the new section created by using the template will be the same as that of the template itself
