Managing Workflow Visibility

To configure your project's workflow's visibility within your Live Classroom, navigate to the "Workflow Visibility" subsection.

Visible Workflows 

This first section lists workflows which have been set to "Visible". When a workflow is set to "Visible":

• It can be viewed by all students in the Live Classroom.
  
• The child nodes of the workflow will become available for assignment within the "Assignments" subsection, under the "All Tasks" section (see "Assignments" article for more details). 

Other Workflows 

This section lists the "Non-Visible" workflows which exist in the project. When a workflow is set to "Non-Visible":

• The workflow cannot be viewed by students.
• The child nodes of the workflow are not available for assignment.
• Only teachers with view or edit access to the original project will be able to see the "Not Visible" workflows.
  

To update a workflow's visibility, click on the dropdown arrow next to the title and simply toggle between the "Not Visible" and "Visible" statuses as needed.
