There may be a situation when you are teaching two courses that are similar. To alleviate redoing all the work you can make a copy of a Course workflow, which you can rename and edit.
1. Navigate to the Course you want to copy.
2. On the Course page, click on the 3 Dots icon in the action bar and select “Copy to my Current Project” or “Copy to My Library” from the dropdown menu.
- “Copy to my current project” automatically saves the workflow in the current Project.
- “Copy to mylLibrary” opens the "Select a project" pop-up with the current project selected (highlighted). If you want the duplicate workflow saved in another Project, you must click on it to select it.
3. When you have selected the Project for which you want the Course workflow saved, click on the “Select project” button (bottom right). This action automatically saves the duplicate Course workflow to the selected Project in the “Your Library” section with the text (copy) appended to the original title.
Once duplicated, you can edit and modify the copied Course as needed.
